What's a guided trade review — and what's the difference between self-guided and human?

A structured set of questions that walks you through a decision — why you bought, what you expected, what happened — then gives you a briefing back. Self-guided (Starter and Advanced): you do the thinking, we frame it. Human-to-human (Pro): a 30-minute conversation with our team about your patterns. Both are educational — neither is financial advice.

What does "behavioral insights" mean?

Advanced removes every limit and adds behavioral insights. Pro adds a monthly trade review with our team and Trust Score coaching. Market data and lessons are the same on every plan.

Is there a trial period?

Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. Explore everything with no commitment — we won't charge a thing until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

Is the Starter plan really $0?

Accepted Answer

Yes — $0, forever, no credit card required. When you're ready for more, you can upgrade to Advanced or Pro anytime.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current features until then.

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays yours. If you downgrade to Starter, you keep your existing journal and Trust Score history, plus access to the free features. You can upgrade again anytime and pick up where you left off.

Since every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, you can try everything before you're charged. If you cancel during the trial, there's nothing to refund. After the trial, your subscription runs until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major payment methods, through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Your card and bank details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see them or store them.

Are prices shown in my local currency?

Prices are shown in US Dollars. When you pay, Stripe automatically converts to your local currency at the current exchange rate.
